AntiGravity FUNdamentals:

FUNdamentals is an introductory AntiGravity® class most suitable for new students and “easy riders,” but open to all. One will become familiar with the Christopher Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock and the new sensations associated with inversions and flying, while building knowledge of foundational movements essential to progression in the practice. The movements are broken down incrementally, incorporating zero compression inversions, suspended stretching and FUN! – 60 min

AntiGravity Fitness: Flying Fitness

AntiGravity® Aerial Fitness is an exhilarating fusion technique combining the strength and grace of aerial arts with the inner calm and balance of traditional yoga. Utilizing the Harrison hammock as a suspension device to enhance spinal decompression, muscular weight resistance, alignment, and deeper stretches, AntiGravity® Yoga provides not only a comprehensive total body workout, but also soothes the nervous system and quiets the mind through floating meditation and Savasana. In this aerial flow class, you will float, fly, and laugh your way to an elevated state of you. – 75 min

AntiGravity Fitness: Restorative

AntiGravity® Fitness Restorative is the gentle, deep stretching, healing side of AntiGravity® Fitness. Quieting the mind, while floating the body through a series of gentle gyro kinetic motions, this technique deeply opens the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body. Featuring full body inversions, alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction, AntiGravity® Restorative Fitness offers accessibility to students with physical limitations, while being loved by endurance athletes and yogis alike as a portal to deeper spinal flexibility, and mind/body connection. The entire time you’re here it will feel like spinal bliss ending in an extended floating Savasana. – 75 min

Dance develops ideal bodylines through the toning and lengthening of muscles, while also developing balance and agility. The newest Aerial Fitness technique to come out of AntiGravity® Fitness, AIRbarre, challenges the body and mind beyond the vertical plane and up into the air! Whether you are a fitness enthusiast eager to try new forms, a dancer who wants to explore the air or an aerialist who wants to work on lovely lines, AntiGravity® AIRbarre will get you up and flying! – 60 min

AntiGravity Pilates:

Explore new territory with your Pilates workout! This certified technique allows practitioners to perform Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac,and Ladder Barrel – all on the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock! These classes take core-strengthening and targeted muscle conditioning to new heights. Explore the amazing benefits that can be derived by training your in the Pilates Method on the Harrison AntiGravity®Hammock in combination with AntiGravity’s Zero-Compression Inversions. – 60 min
